Narrative
OXFORD, IA – Four people, including a teen, went to the hospital Friday following a rollover crash along the interstate in west-central Johnson County.
The accident happened around 8 a.m. on the westbound side of I-80 near Black Hawk Avenue, which is in the city of Oxford.
Police say that for unknown reasons, the driver of an RV pulling a Jeep Gladiator, left the interstate, hit two guardrails, and ultimately overturned along the roadway.
Medics airlifted one person from the scene. Three others also went to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
The victims include two women, a man, and a 14-year-old.
